Player Sub-Factions and the creation of Main Factions.

Player Sub-Faction Creation:

- Leader of the group must be at least Rank 3.

- Group must consist of at least 5 active members.

- Group must put forward how the sub-faction they are applying for fits within the story of Roswell and the intended goal of the sub-faction.

- Group must declare which main faction they fall under [Town of Odeila, Raiders, Brotherhood of Steel].*

- Upon completion and acceptance of the Player Sub-Faction there will be a three week probationary period before an appeal for Main Faction status can be made.

*If a Player Sub-Faction shows sufficient growth and consistent activity, then they may appeal to become one of the Main Factions.
